History
Once 120 acres in the heart of Phoenix, this land was once home to cattle and Arabian horses before being purchased by D.R. Horton in March 2019 for a record-breaking $80 million land deal at the time. Today, we see it as the beautiful, highly sought-after community of Arabella, and I had the honor of being trusted to help sell and build it from start to finish.
The community's name was inspired by the Arabian horses bred on the property, honoring its roots while now featuring more than 700 residences, including both single-family and townhomes.
